NEWS – 1/5/05
Me again. Alright, are you guys read for this? I've got a co-owner, can you guys guess who it is? Congratulations Toil, on your new status. But onto other things. Sine I have chosen a co-owner, I am one step closer on the big-cat craze for the boards, and a slightly new plot. The 'Krieghunds' and the 'Berg Katze' will possibley be warring sides. Soon me or Toil will be putting up rules, ranks and information about this new change. Right now, I'm thinking that this update might be a little early...but for now, this is what will be happening.

The Vermillion Mountains The mists slither across the mountain range, where foribben creatures lie in wait and ambush for foolish animals and humans to sumble blindly into their caverns. As the sun sets, it casts a red effect uon the magnificent peaks of the mountains, earning it the name 'The Vermillion Mountains'. There is a good chance you could meet upo with a cougar, bear, or the 'zangoose'. An abandoned war outpost is hidden near the mountains tallest peak in the north, a good place for shelter if you cannot continue. This is where the only safe passage is from the Delta Forests. The Forgotten Valley Leading away from the mountains and their treachorous peaks of strange creatures, we move on to a valley near their foundation. The lush, green grasses of the valley suggest that there is often rain in the area, and fog is prone to drift down form the mountains. Mostly wild horses and small ground mammals inhabit the area. All human activity is banished, save for a path that leads through and beyond the mountains into more habitable areas. Moderator: Mitternacht

Skeletal Forest The semi-circle surrounded valley leds off into a what appears to be a forest heading south of the mountains. But wait; the closer you approach the more it looks empty and gaping into darkness. The close you come, the more distinguishable the features of the forest are; skeletal remains of such trees are only scraping at thesky with their lsot splendour. Colossal sized crows perch upon their naked branches, tilting their heads to analyze you before flying away. Inside the forest, however, is the camp of the wardogs. It is unwise, even to gaze at the forest let alone tresspass in it without permission. Dare you enter it's depths? Moderator: Mitternacht

Fever Swamp In the middle of the forest, is a barren area infested by murky waters with unknown depths. Interesting things have been known to lurk here, crocodiles have even been spotted. The wardogs are usually wary of this area; it's soft soils have ben known to create quick vortexs of quicksand that can suck you under their surfaces. Be ever alert and careful where you step if you decided to approach- you never know what things lurk in the dark places of the world. Unfamiliar and exotic birdcalls echo, different from the ones in the forest. Fog and mist is abundant here, so be careful or you might loose your way. The scent of decaying leaves and rotting things hangs in the damp air. Moderator: Mitternacht

Wardogs camp Towards the right of the forest, if your coming South, is the Wardogs central camp. The clearing is surrounded by a thorn bush, the only thing that seems to grow within the forests soils. A massive object is to the right of the entrance, covered in thorns aswell. It turns out to be a jeep, half crushed by a massive rock in which Sabotage calls the pack together for 'meetings'. A colossal tree stands to the left, it's great depths hollowed out by some unknown cause. It's home to whelping females, where they give birth and care for their pups. Only four females with their litters can fit at a time. Moderator: Mitternacht

Hex Field After the skeletal remains of the forest end, a vast field is all the eye can see for miles. Tall, dead stalks of wheat and barley are mostly all that grows here. During the night, the low call of crickets can be heard within the field. Many of the wargs call it Hex Field, for some amount of bad luck that happens. And if the time is right, perhaps you may be able to see the northern lights dancing ahead. The sun is substantially stronger here, making the field climate warmer then the cool, windy forest. Legend goes that this was the field where the wargs fought the humans, and if you're lucky...maybe you will see a ghost and remenant of the past still lingering. Moderator: Mitternacht

Dragon Falls Far, far away from the barren landscape of the forest, and the wardogs camp, lies the falls. It's hidden deep within the heart of the Vermillion mountains, or atleast near the heart. It's surrounded by a lush tropical forest, filled with exotic birds with bright beaks and multicoloured feathers. The calm serenity and the seclusion of the spot makes it an ideal place for wolves to come and mate. Moderator: Mitternacht

Berg Katze territory
Delta Forest and Marsh Beyond The Vermillon Mountains is the Delta Forest and Swamp. It is here that the Berg Katze's main territory is stationed. Each tree is scratched violently to show everything and anything whose territory it is. Along the fringes of the forest is a marshland, filled with prey abundant. The water is murky and foul and teeming with nearly the same things as Fever Swamp. Spongey landmasses allow you to pass into the forest. Moderator: Mitternacht

Berg Katze camp Hidden within the brightly lit forest is the Berg Katze camp, a vast canopy of trees hiding it from aerial view. The ground is littered with bones and fur tufts, each tree's bark surrounding the camp is severely worn and scratched. The leader's den is beneath the soil, filled with moss and roots. A pile of bones is where the leader adresses his clan. Moderator: Mitternacht

Forest Village Deep, deep within the vast forest is a forgotten village; old, broken down houses still stand in the soil. Grass and ivy crawl over their empty, gaping windows and some of them are swathed in cobwebs. But the buildings make a good place for cubs to play, and offer shelter from rain and storms. Squirrels chatter pleasantly, and sun filters through the normally close-together trees. Just beyond the village, is the real spectacular image of history. Moderator: Mitternacht
